Testing of
BMS-Systems for battery packs with 2 up to 16 lithium cells.
The board simulates a battery pack. Each cell can be simulated with
over voltage-, under voltage-, and short circuit characteristic. Cell
simulation manually on board or via easy 3V3 interface. Single 12V
supply for the board, 40mA supply for the BMS-circuit.
The BMS16-Power-Option enlarges
the power output from the
BMS-Test16-Borads up to 300mA
at a maximum voltage of 71V by
a separate terminal to drive a BMS circuit. The Power-Option-Board has to
be clipped side by side on the BMS-Test16-Board using the 2 pin power
connection terminal. Additionally a small PCB unit with double 10 pin
headers is used to connect both boards voltage test pins.
